Typical Personal Training Client would pay £20 to £50 per PT session.
Beyond Barriers Group Training Client would pay £3.50 per Group Class.
Pay As You Go Flexibility without any obligation to continue attendance once fitness goals have been achieved or sooner if circumstances change!
Weekly digital Diet & Nutrition Report worth at least £10 issued at each Class via email! (body measurements taken 20 mins prior to Class start).
Pay one flat fee for body measurements plus Diet & Nutrition Report or 1 to 3 Classes or both! Mix and match to suit.
Commit to a Healthy Diet with the benefit of support from Friends, Family and Partners who participate in Group Training.
Professional support and advice at regular Diet & Nutrition meetings 20 mins before Class, which includes a basic Diet (Calorific) Analysis Report and a chance to record basic body measurements.
Diet information significantly increases a Clients chance of achieving their fitness goals (not provided with typical Fitness Classes).

Hi, I gained my qualifications in Health & Fitness back in 2015 despite most of my life being a full blown “fitness phobe”. Prior to my Fitness epiphany, I worked in the field of Architecture as a Team Leader for over 10 years. In the same year I started "Beyond Barriers Personal Training" as a freelance Personal Trainer gaining valuable experience in the industry. I started working for Xercise4Less Xscape Castleford in 2016, and found dealing with members of the public desperate to achieve their fitness goals both enjoyable and immensely rewarding. I left Xercise4Less Summer 2017 to start “Beyond Barriers Group Training”. In May 2018 I joined Lifestyle Fitness / The Gym Group, Wakefield. I left Personal Training work to focus on Group Training May 2019. I'm here to instruct, educate and motivate you during Group Training Class.
